Started my teaching career in 1999 as a lecturer (CHB) at Pratibha niketan college, Nanded. latter, I joined Yeshwanth Mahavidyalaya in the academic year 2000-2001 and continued my services to Indira Gandhi Mahavidyalaya which is belonging to the same institution till 2004. Thereafter, I joined as a lecturer (Contractual Services) at School of Physical Sciences, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. After qualifying SET examination in the year 2006, University considered my service as a full time service by giving confirmation in the year 2008. I joined for Ph.D. degree in the year 2008 under Prof. Kumbharkhane A. C. of the same school and university awarded me the Ph. D. degree in the year 2012. I had teacher fellowship during 2009-2011 awarded by UGC. I had projects from prestigious funding agencies such as UGC (1.40 L) and DST SERB (7.60 L).    I have 18 publications; most of them are  having International reputations of high impact factors.
