I started my career in year 1998 as Lecture at Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Wardha, in year 2003 promoted as Assistant Professor and Professor in year 2008 and worked till 2012 and then  I Joined SRTM University, Nanded in 2012 and since I have been working as faculty of School of Pharmacy.

I enjoy Teaching Profession as we get chance to interact with young minds. I developed e- Content on some of the topics for the students. I have also worked as Director, Innovation, Incubation and Linkages for one and half year and as a Director I work effectively in getting grants for the establishment of Incubation center at University and organized several Start-up Camp for the students.
