Dr. S. C. Dhawale's area of expertise and interest is Pharmacology and

screening of natural products for Diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia.

He is Professor of Pharmacology at the School of Pharmacy,

S.R.T.M. University, Nanded. He is the Chairman of Ad hoc Board of Studies

of the University. His research is focused on the screening of novel plant

molecules for Diabetics, modify the pharmacokinetic pattern, reduce toxicity

and increase the efficacy of different natural therapeutic agents.

Dr. Dhawale has more than 55 peer reviewed published/in press manuscripts

in highly ranked journals in pharmaceutical sciences and also several abstracts.

He has an active teaching program in post graduate levels in the area of

Pharmacology. Also guided over 50 M. Pharm. and 05 Ph. D. students.
