Completed  graduation from Dayanand Science College, Latur with optional subjects Microbiology, Botany and Chemistry. The interest in Microbiology motivated me to complete post graduation in advance and applied subject i.e. Biotechnology from Marathwada University, Aurangabad (Centre Nanded). As per the requirement of UGC for Lectureship job, i cleared SET examination in Januray, 1995 in subject Microbiology. And Ph.D. completed from BAMU, Aurangabad in subject Microbiology under guidance of Prof. L. V. Gangavane.

During the service period I have shoulder responsibilities of Administration in the capacity of Head, Dept. of Microbiology, Director, SLS, Member of Senate, MC, Faculty of Science, BoS in Microbiology and Biotechnology, RRC, BUTR, Finance committee, Statue Committee & Purchase committee of SRTM University, Nanded and other universities.
