I am the product of this University, I have completed my post-graduation from School of Social Sciences in 2004 and then I got opportunity to work as Project Fellow in the following three Major UGC sanctioned Major Research Projects in the same School under the guidance of my teachers.

1) During the year 2005 to 2007, I worked as Project Fellow in the “Typology of Contest over Forest Resources in Western Ghats: As Comparative Study of Maharashtra and Karnataka”.

2) During the year 2007 to 2009, I worked as Project Fellow in the, “Irrigated Agriculture and Social Change…Evidence from Marathwada Region”.

3) During the year 2009 to 2011, I worked as Project Fellow in the Project, “Microfinance (Self-Help Group) and Dalit Women Inclusive Development: A Study in Nanded District, Maharashtra”.                  

4) Working as Assistant Professor since 2011 to till date in the School of Social Sciences, SRTM, University Campus, Nanded, Maharashtra.

1) Head Department of Sociology, School of Social Sciences since 2017.

2) Deputy Co-ordinator UGC-SAP-DRS Phase-II ( 2017 to 2022)

3) NSS Programme Officer of University Campus Unit since, 2020-21

4) Working as Member of the Board of Studies in Sociology of this University since 2018.

5) Besides this, Worked as members of various committees at the school and University levels.

Occasionally, during the summer and winter vacation, worked as I/C Director of the School.

1) Received Best Paper Presentation Award for the paper presentation on ‘Role of NGOs in Democracy: Critical Analysis’ in UGC Sponsored Two Days National Level Conference, organized by NSB college, Nanded on ‘The Impact of Non State Actors on World Politics: A Challenge to Nation State’ (with Special reference to India), on 26-27 September, 2014.

2) Received Best Paper Research Paper Award for the paper for “Prayawaraniya rahascha adivasi stryawaril prinam” by Marathi Samajsahstra Parishad on 3th and 4th feburary, 2017 at Mulaji Jetha Mahavidyalaya, Jalgaon.
