Working as Assistant professor in economic at School of Social Sciences ,S.R.T.M.U.Nanded since 2011. Getting CAS promotion from stage- I to  Stage -II.

Working on different committees at university level  and School level.Also Working as head of the Women's study Centre from 31 march 2015.

In this duration I completed one Minor Research project sanctioned by Maharashtra State Commission For Women,Mumbai and another minor research project ongoing under the UGC SAP-DRS-II.Besides of this ,5 paper published in journals,4 research paper proceeding in conference and seminar,5 -paper presented in National conference and seminars ,Chairing the Session in national Conference  and more than 15 conference ,seminar and workshop attended .Also completed 1-orientation ,1 Refresher  course  ,2 training program ,1-Capasity building Program etc.working as examiner and moderator at our university and another institutions.

Organizing different programs such as workshop, seminar ,Guest lecture under the Women's Studies Centre  and in  Schools.

1.Working as Director of Women's Studies Centre form 2015.

2.Working as coordinator of Remedial and SET/NET coaching Classes at School level.

3.Worked as member in Prospectus Committee at university.
